Exquisite home located within walking distance of National Harbor, Gaylord Hotel, Tanger Outlets, MGM Casino, and much more. Just a 5-minute drive to DC/VA. Only 15 minutes from DC's downtown area and tourist attractions. The Cosmopolitan Suite consists of a private queen bedroom with a private living room area immediately adjacent to the bedroom. The living room area has a queen size convertible sleeper sofa that is firm and comfortable. Access to shared full kitchen and bathroom.

Guests will love the ecclectic decor that boasts a cosmopolitan vibe. Great amenities offered. The location is prime real estate. Very convenient access to local attractions at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room at the waterfront. Home is family owned and operated by professional adults. The atmosphere is family-oriented, warm, and friendly. This particular room has some of owner’s belongings neatly tucked away, however, guests have ample space. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and hospitality. Please note that the living room area of this suite houses the hot water tank and sump pump closet. When it is raining, the sump pump can be noisy. Those that sleep very lightly should elect to sleep in the bedroom portion of this suite or use ear plugs. Most guests have had no issue with it but we like full transparency when advertising to our guests so that they know what to expect. This suite can accommodate 4 guests. The living room has a convertible sleep sofa that can serve as twin and full size beds or serve as 1 large queen bed. The sofa is firm and vinyl. Linen and pillows are provided.
Other Details to Note
The living room area has a utility closet that houses the hot water heater and sump pump. If it is raining outside, you may hear sump pump operating. Most people have been fine with it, however, if you are extremely sensitive to noise, you will want to sleep in the bedroom.
